New construction house, a modernist second home utilizing local materials and craftsmen. The house was inspired by the work of Luis Barragán, it incorporates loggias and pergolas for outdoor living, allowing the occupants to carry out many activities out of doors while being shaded from the direct sun. The gardens were planted with indigenous plants to minimize the need for irrigation.
