The renovation of a 2-bedroom apartment consisted of reconfiguring the layout of the existing bathrooms and closets to increase the useable space, by finding lost space in closets and chase walls. The existing foyer was defined with wing walls and a drop ceiling with concealed lighting. The typical galley kitchen was opened to the living room to create an open modern living space. Built-ins were created to conceal the new HVAC equipment and also to create an office area with storage and display spaces.
